The Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research, ISSER, University of Ghana on Tuesday 28th May, 2019 begun the second in the series of short courses lined up for 2019. The course, Research Methodology and Report Writing aims at providing participants with understanding of research processes; from proposal development to writing of the research report. It also includes the most current data collection and analysis techniques in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.

At the opening ceremony held at ISSER Annex building, Prof. Felix Asante, Director of ISSER mentioned that the course content for this year’s short course in Research Methodology and Report Writing has been revised. He assured participants of excellent knowledge acquisition from experienced resource persons since research is the core mandate of ISSER.

Soon after the opening formalities, Dr. Nana Akua Anyidoho, Senior Research Fellow at ISSER took the first session.

Present were, Dr. Cynthia Addoquaye Tagoe, the Short Courses Coordinator and a Research Fellow at ISSER, Dr. Andrew Adjei-Holmes, Research Fellow at ISSER and Ms. Eccles Andoh, Assistant Registrar and Administrative Secretary of ISSER.
